The Open Bible has served me for years now. I have gone through three copies and updates. The book outlines and historical information are unmatched in other study Bibles. The charts of history are exceptionally easy to follow. As stated above, the study information does not get in the way of reading God's Word as He gave it. The Cyclopedic Index is extremely thorough too. To get a definition of words AND a short outline of its uses is quite helpful when working on presentations for preaching and teaching. Quite a resource!

I highly recommend this study Bible to anyone who wants to go a little further than casual reading of the Bible.
