5.0 out of 5 stars Bible Atlas & Photos Come Alive
Excellent maps relevant to Bible passages. One of the best Bible atlases I've seen, featuring color photos adding glimpses of present day Israel. Photos, maps, and texts will add life to Christian schools,Homeschool and Sunday School curriculums. Can't beat the price, too. Boys and girls who love maps will love this Atlas.

1.0 out of 5 stars Bible Atlas
I found the product practically useless. There was no index. If you read about some place in the Bible, you could not find it on the maps.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great for younger students, October 24, 2008

We have really enjoyed this Atlas, the best part is it is in chronological order. The quality of the book, color and information are very good for your students, I would say up to high school. I don't think this altas would work for those who are doing intense study or need to have names of physcial land forms or obscure cities and towns, but for your average use, it excelled my expectations.

I am currently reading through the Bible in a year. This ATLAS has become my companion reading material. The Atlas follows through the Bible, Genesis to Revelation. Great pictures and maps.

5.0 out of 5 stars Helpful Bible Atlas, September 5, 2010

This Bible Atlas is simple. It follows the chronology of the Bible, gives interesting historical and archeological information, and has just one theme per map. I am finding it easy to use--and I'm not a map person. I sent a copy as a gift, with enthusiastic response.B

4.0 out of 5 stars Good and handy, January 13, 2011
This review is from: Bible Atlas & Companion (Paperback)
This Bible Atlas, not only has maps (which I thought there could have been more of), but unique stories, charts, and pictures of ancient ruins and contemporary sites. In the back is an "Additional Information" section that lists and defines the enemies of Israel, the key cities in Israel, and the water in Israel. There is also a good Jewish calendar and a table of weights and measures. The color is very good in this Atlas. This Atlas is simple and reader friendly.

5.0 out of 5 stars Read it Alongside Your Bible, November 14, 2011
This review is from: Bible Atlas & Companion (Paperback)
What a great book to have nearby as you read the Bible!!!!!! As you go through each book of the Bible, you'll find maps that portray the action of the story. For example, you'll see the likely place that raiders attacked the great man Job. Or see the probable route the Israelties crossed the Red Sea. Or see the map that shows how the Israelites conquered the promised land. Along with each map are great photos of the holy lands that give the maps another dimension.
