About the Author

Dr. Don Colbert is a board-certified family practice medical doctor who specializes in nutritional medicine, treating over 17,000 patients. Since 1984, Dr. Colbert has helped thousands of patients regain good health and live pain free after years of suffering. A graduate of Oral Roberts School of Medicine, he has received extensive training in nutritional medicine. As a result, he has founded and developed his own nutritional supplement line, Divine Health Nutritional Products. Dr. Colbert also co-hosts Golden Eagle Network's "Your Health Matters" with his wife, Mary. This is a lot of good information in a tiny, pocket size book! It was quite encouraging to hear from a christian physician on biblical standards and practice.

This book touches on all the areas that can cause autoimmune disorders and things to do to improve them. It's a wonderful little all round reference book to carry with you that talks about diet and supplements. I think it's a very good start. You wil have to do more research likely but this touches on every area and will get you pointed in the right direction to get well. I've purchased several to give to my friends with autoimmune disorders so they know there are things they can do to get well. Prednisone helps manage symptoms but this book talks about things to do to make you better.
