If your A1C has been creeping up, you need to buy this book. It has a lot of helpful advice. It tells things you can do everyday to prevent this disease and correct it if you already have it.

This is a good read, especially when you have been sold on the idea that everyone else is going to help you take care of your health. Your health is in your hands and this book is a great place to start when the diagnosis is diabetes. Dr. Colbert does a good job of introducing new ideas and mixing with a certain amount of Bible wisdom. A good buy for the money and a great way to start your education as you take control of your own health.
