My wife usually ignores a book when I buy it for her. She was reading this book and telling me stuff she found in it. English is a second language for her, so maybe this one is easy enough for her to read and understand. We more then got our moneys worth of information.

I thought this book had a good summary of menopause, natural herbs and vitamin suggestions. As a Christian, I appreciated the prayers and Bible verses; very encouraging.
