As a young reader of The Bible, the NIV was really hard to understand and I found myself falling asleep reading, and getting nothing out of it. This little handy Bible is just amazing, it is written in an almost today language, it totally opened my eyes and mind to God's word. This Bible totally changed the way I feel about reading it DAILY! I love this little Bible, it's compact, easy to use and bring with you everywhere, it has a beautiful red and alligator leather bound cover, and it's gorgeous with it's gold pages. As for the stuck pages, all I had to do was bend the Bible pages one way then another and WHIOLLA in two quick seconds the beautiful gold paged Bible was ready to use, no need to separate one by one. It was no big deal, really! Yes, there is a slight transparency to the pages but you only see it where there is no lettering between chapters and paragraphs, I have two other Bibles and they are both the same exact way. Again, no biggie comparing to my eyes being open to the word of God in such a tremendous way. :)

I would recommend this product to anyone, in fact I told my husband he needs one!

The product was very good. Alot cheaper than in the stores. And it was exactly the same thing. Im using it now and have no problems with it.

I ordered this book from Amazon.com on a Saturday and received it on Wednesday. Super fast delivery from Amazon. I love this Bible and would recommend it to anyone that wants a clearer understanding of God's word. I always wanted to read the Bible from front to back but never felt I could understand the version I had. When I received this Bible, I couldn't put it down from reading it because the version is so simple to understand and is so interesting. The hardback cover is superfantastic.

I am not a church goer. I respect those who do go to church but I find much joy and peace to just search the word of God on my own. I am the owner of several Bibles. If you want poetry and charm, none can beat the KJ Bible. However, if you want to get a lot out of your bible reading and want to understand more in depth what you are reading, nothing beats the NLT Bible. It is written in modern American language and even a 4th grader could easily understand it.

There are many wonderful Bibles out there, but to my humble opinion the NLT is the only one that is written in a very easy to understand way and makes you feel good after reading each and every chapter since you will be able to grasp its meaning. I selected the large print because it works great if you have a weak eye sight, like I do. The Red letter edition also brings Jesus words out of every page in the New Testament. Again, if you are looking for a very easy Bible to understand and use as your daily devotional, you cannot go wrong with this NLT Red Letter large print edition. God bless. Carlo Caroli. This Bible is very easy to read with the larger print and easy to understand as written in modern english.
The only negative I can say is that the pages are so thin that the print on the back of the pages show through some.

This Bible arrived in excellent condition. The large print is so easy to read and the translation is very easy to understand.

It's the Bible. Well printed and good workmanship, if you need a copy and want the living translation this is the one you want.

I was very happy with this Bible. The print is easy to read. The translation is easy to understand. I also like the fact that at the beginning of each book there is an explaination of the writer, the time period and a summary. I am very happy with it.

I cannot write a review, because this "Holy Bible," was given as a gift. However, I had purchased almost the same one for myself in the past. I rate it very highly and I am sure the person that received this Bible will be as happy as I am. Sincerely Theresa

I gave this Bible to a good friend ,and a fairly new Christian. This friend had during his life, used the King James Version. I wanted to give this friend a Bible he and his wife could understand, but be a Bible that did not paraphrase. This Bible was everything I wanted for my friends and more. Nnt only was the Bible an accurate translation,but it was largr print so they could easily read it. Another thing I liked, Jesus's words were in red, so the reader would know when our Lord spoke. I would recommend this translation of the Bible, and this copy of this translation to anyone wanting to read God's word.
