This is not an Authorized King James Version Bible,

There are are word changes in the text of this book. Therefore it cannot be an Authorized King James Version Bible. It should not be billed as such.

Greatest story every written,

From the beginning of time as we know it, until the end of time, this book covers it all. It is the one volume of scriptures that leaves you with a secure feeling about eternity and He who controls it. This book is a must read for any Bible scholar

Beautiful, but Conservative,

The bible's appearance is beatiful and traditional. The text is KJV with changes only in words which have changed meaning since 1611. Unfortunately the marginal notes are conservative to the point of being nearly insane. I can only hope that if Scofield were alive today, and had the benefit of modern scholarship and technology, he would understand how rediculous and unreasonalbe some of his opinions were.
