A picture of a stained glass window depicting the Ascension, an artists rendering of Paul as he writes 13 of the 21 New Testament letters, a picture of real talents, a photograph of the Johannes Gutenberg printing press and a photograph of a Medieval manuscript make this one of my favorite visual reference.

This is in a question-and-answer format and is just packed full of stunning illustrations and color photographs. You will find out how many books there are in the Bible, why Jonah was swallowed by a whale, why Noah built his Ark, where God gave Moses the Ten Commandments, who witnessed Jesus' Ascension to heaven and who first learned about Jesus' birth.

Do you know which animal is mentioned the most often in the Bible? Who dreamed of a ladder ascending to heaven? All your questions will be answered in a special section called: Answers. This book challenges you to answer the questions and gives three answers. You choose the correct one. That makes this book very fun.

The questions are numbered so it is easy to look up the answers in the answer section. This is challenging for children and adults alike, but is for ages 9-12. I think children have all the fun books! That is why I enjoy reviewing them. If you are a kid at heart or want to give a special gift to a child in your life, this will help them test their knowledge of the Bible.
