I especially wanted a large print Bible with Jesus' Words in red. I am delighted with what I got. The print is bold as well as large, and I can read it perfectly without my reading spectacles! The extras, of quality maps, a creative reference section, and a thumb index makes this Bible Edition extremely user-friendly and great value for money. Cross-references in the poetic texts are beside the verse; but with the prose texts are listed at the end of the paragragh. This is neater and therefore easier to read and doesn't distract the reader from the flow of the text. This is better than I anticipated!

Believe it or not, giant print can be anywhere from 10 point to 14 point font size. This is truly 14 point Giant font. You won't need to use your reading glasses for this Bible. And Zondervan's Bibles are always a great value.

I bought this Bible for an older lady friend with deteriorating vision as a gift. SHe did not have a giant print Bible and it was the thing she wanted most. However, the Bible, for the price, seemed very cheap to me and I was reluctant to give it as a gift. The cover was one of the worst I've seen. The "leather look" is just a thin sheet of something over a thin piece of cardboard. The Bible was all right, but everything about it seemed of lesser quality than I would have expected for the price. I have returned it and purchased another one from the same publisher for slight less than half this price! It didn't have thumbtabs which are always nice, but it looks so much better and was a lovely shade of blue. Not recommended. Too expensive for the overall quality. You can do better.

As advertised, the Giant print is quite large. The bible comes with thumb tabs. The cover is some sort of fancy plastic, I would wish for better.

There are no bookmarks/ribbons. So I had to buy one and insert down the spine.

Many of the passages have relevant citations to other parts of the bible concerning the same subject. Not a concordance type. However, when reading in Mark about John the Baptist in the desert, the citation included is Isaiah, where this event was foretold.

Overall am well satisfied since for once the print truly is quite large making reading much easier

I bought this as a Christmas present. My wife opened it and loved it immediately. The print was easily readable and they indexed the various books of the bible with thumb indentations for fast searching.

She really loves her new bible.

The print is large enough that I can read this without my glassed. I actually bought it for my husband and he loves it.

Great Bible for those of us with diminishing eyesight. Affordable compared to in store prices. Shipping much quicker than indicated.

I was worry earlier becuase it took longer that I was expecting the bible to arrive. However, I was overjoyed when I received it and immediately opened the neatly wraped package. It surely had what I was looking for. The font size are giant size and easy to read and understand. I will absolutely recommend it for anyone looking for a giant size, easy to read and understand, with references leather bound back bible.

I am able to read this bible much easier that the KJV because it is written/translated into current speech. The print size lets me read without my glasses, and my eyes don't get tired.
