Well written. Easy to understand. Helps modern readers who are prone to look for a "hero" pastor realize that they should be looking for a team of godly men who are working together to lead the church.

Superb book. Not an easy read, but completely worth the effort. The author has done an excellent job in researching and even includes some of the more "fringe" viewpoints. This book NEEDS to be read by those who believe they want to be an Elder!
