5.0 out of 5 stars Awesome Product
This is the best product to use as whiteout. It's simple, clean and easy. I'll never use that liquid stuff again.

1.0 out of 5 stars Poor quality
This is a poor quality item. The tape has broken on both that were purchased. The roller is weak and so it does not apply well.

Trust the reviews: this is not a good product. I just open my order and one of them is defective. Do yourself a favor: don't buy this. Spend a couple of dollars more getting a better quality product and you won't regret.

3.0 out of 5 stars Pretty good, but doesn't want to stick sometimes, December 11, 2008

Bic Wite Out tape is pretty good, the casing is one of the best I've used (much better than those elongated ones) however the tape doesn't want to stick to paper at times. After every use you have to press down on the tape to make it adhere to the paper well because it just won't stick otherwise. One plus is that it lasts a long time though. I use this at work all the time and have some at my home (no I didn't steal them from work) and the one I own has lasted over a year.

1.0 out of 5 stars Will never buy again, June 21, 2011
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
I purchased these tapes to replace some old BIC whiteout tapes which I used up. Well, the "New and Improved" (from the package) is that they SUCK!

It is hard to explain, but the tape doesn't come out of the dispenser properly and leads to tears/holes in the tape. If you try to run the tape over the top of it again... it just makes a mess.

These things finally provided to be a bigger pain in the butt than anything and earned a one way trip into the waste basket.

Bottom line, unless BIC un-"Improves" these things... I'd go with another brand.

1.0 out of 5 stars Liquid white out works better than this.., January 26, 2011
BIC "Wite Out" correction tape is the worst that I have had the annoyance of using. The tape breaks easily and the plastic housing is uncomfortable to grip. After only several uses, the tape came loose from within somehow, and there was a huge loop sticking out from the front end. This made the product impossible to use. The best dry white out I've ever used is Liquid Paper dryline grip. They're not as cheap, but hey, you really do get what you pay for nowdays.

1.0 out of 5 stars Waste of money, May 9, 2011
This review is from: Bic Wite Out Correction Tape, 1 Tape (Office Product)
The tape came loose early on after one or two uses and basically became USELESS. Once the tape is looped out like that there is no fixing it.

I had to throw it away with 95% of it unused.

Not a happy customer.

1.0 out of 5 stars white out correction tape, April 18, 2011
This is definietly a product where you get what you pay for. The tape doens't want to stick and the roll pulls out. These are what is purchased for work and rarely does one work long enough to use it until empty. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Both rolls malfunctioned immediately. The tape became loose with a huge loop coming out of the front end. Don't waste your money. The low price matched the low quality.

1.0 out of 5 stars Absolute crap, January 7, 2011
This review is from: Bic Wite Out Correction Tape, 1 Tape (Office Product)
Just what my title says. The BIC Wite-Out EZ correct tape is absolute crap. First of all, it doesn't stick to the page very well. You find yourself having to pat the strip down onto the page with your finger to make sure it will stay. Then there is the issue with aiming it accurately: you can't. You generally have to do a few passes just to cover the area you wish to, and the build-up of the tape starts to look very shoddy and doesn't lay very neatly. Finally, there is no tensioner in the wheel-draw system! How inanely retarded of an engineering design is that? Once the tape is loose, the thing is worthless. And as others have mentioned, it doesn't take long for this to happen. Once again: absolute crap. A total waste of plastic. But Bic is making their money! It's not really about intelligent, lasting product design. It's about rushing a shoddy prototype to market with the only real goal being to milk it on the first pass of irate, unsatisfied customers who were suckered into buying it. Well, don't but this product! Tell Bic their engineering department is full of crackheads.

1.0 out of 5 stars There should be a NO STAR option, August 23, 2010

Total waste of money. The tape got a little slack in it and stopped working. The 2 reels are supposed to work in harmony...one pulling the tape as it winds the excess up. If there is even a tiny little slack it stops working. I used this for 1 correction. ONE! It's now in the trash and I will never buy it again. What a poor product. Bic should be embarrassed to even sell this. Waste of $, time, and resources. Boo.
