I love the black ghost deck, it complements the white ghost deck perfectly. I particularly love the jokers in this deck. This deck is the black deck on a whole other level.

If you want to add this puppy to your card party arsenal, are a magician, or a collector like me, you have my permission to step lively, and enter into the twilight zone.

I first saw these bicycle cards in a magazine a couple of years ago. I finally ordered some for my daughters and they arrived quickly and in great shape. Thank you!

I bought these as I was looking for some playing cards for a RPG called Savage Worlds Hellfrost. These cards fit the mood of the game perfect and they are very nice cards.

Some cards have that super slick coating, these do not but are nicely coated and hold up well to heavy use.

All in all great purchase.

The Black Ghost 2nd edition deck looks and is superb. Ellusionist has made another great product. The elegance of these cards put most cards to shame. This deck complements its predecessor and the Shadow Masters deck as well. i recommend this deck to anyone and everyone. I love the joker cards(they are very different from the usual) and the ace of spades. The pips of every card are white, regardless of its suits. but the upper-right hand corner pips have different colors(depending on its suit). I love this deck and its among my top 3.

While the Ellusionist site is mainly dedicated to the science and art of prestidigitation, I use these cards for everyday use. After years of playing with the same old, boring cards, I searched the 'net for something new and found these. I was a little skeptical about black playing cards, and initially I (and the people I play with) found them a little difficult to use, but you quickly become adapted to the reversed color, and have even come to prefer them over standard white cards. The reversed contrast somehow makes them a little easier on the eyes over time than white cards.

The quality of the cards are very good, although not as high quality as other decks, but then those other decks can cost 2-3 times as much. You should expect at least a year of fairly constant play from these cards unless you're a marathon player.

I'm giving the same review to both the Shadow Masters and the Second Edition Black Ghost cards as they are very similar to each other. The difference between the two decks are mainly the Jokers and and the fact that the Shadow Masters tend to darken towards the center of the card.

If you are an avid, or even occasional card player and are looking for something new and unique to liven up you card playing, check these cards out. You won't be disappointed.

I would reccomend this deck to ANY magian out there!! The deck is sooo moody so vibrant but in a dark way. Its striking 2 look @ a sturdy well handling! It glides in Ur hands & fans like butter!
