The pros:
Great looking case - dark wood, well built, looks very classy
Chips feel great they are heavy and have a good texture
Excellent number of each chip color
Quality of chip is excellent


The cons:
Some obveously hand done touch up paint was used to correct paint issues on the case I got, very visible and detracts from the finish

The case does not have a handle - the chips and case are very heavy so there is little chance of transporting them easily

The case bottom has no protective feet once you put the case down its hard to get your fingers under it to lift it back up

Case only designed to sit bottom down - resting the case in any other oritentation would result in scrathes or damage, the hardware (hinges and latch) protrude which makes storing the case upright awkward.

I purchased this set as a Christmas gift for my husband to use for his regular Friday night poker night with the guys. They all love it! The chips are real-deal heavy and feel and sound very professional. The cards are good quality - all in all, the set makes you feel like you are really playing in a casino or on the professional poker tour. I really like the black case - since it looks so nice, I don't mind leaving it out as part of the living room once the set is all put away - don't feel like I have to find a cabinet to hide it in. Excellent set!!

A beautiful set and well crafted. The weight and feel is casino like. For the price, there is no way one should be disapointed. I have seen more expensive sets on the market that can't even compare to this one for the quality and price. My only wish would be a black leather handle.
