A hen and a bike?,
By A Customer
This review is from: A Bicycle for Rosaura (Paperback)
Have you ever seen a hen riding a bike? Well, this story is as magic as that. Ms. Amelia loves her pets and she always does her best to find incredible gifts for them, this time, is Rosaura's birthday and she wants a bike. Even though it is not possible to believe that somebody will take the time to design a bike for a hen, a very mysterious person happened to pass by Ms. Amelia's house and he builds the bike. This story can be considered as Magic Realism for kids, a very common literary style in Latin America, that will fill your heart with happinness, laughs and nice thoughts. The drawings of Ms. Fuenmayor are spectacular (color pencil).
