Decent beginners book,

I was looking for a more detailed book to help me structure my winter indoor training workouts a bit more efficiently. There is a lot of beginners information regarding bike fit, posture, etc. that is covered in many other books. There are a few workouts that are suggested, but nothing as comprehensive as Smart Cycling's 12 week training program. If you need a good basic info book, this is fine. Otherwise, get something else.
