I ordered this wheel for my dwarf hamsters but they didn't get to try it because it was broken when I opened the package. I suppose it was broken partly because it wasn't packaged properly with protective materials, but still it astonished me that the wheel was completely cracked in two pieces. I didn't feel like getting a replacement and got a refund instead.
