This sprayer is very poor quality and feels very cheap and leaked from the moment I got it. After ordering a set of replacement parts the second unit began to leak within a week. I ended up throwing it in the trash after the second try. I would highly discourage you from buying this product. The high scoring reviews also seem fake with duplicate posts appearing.

I was so disappointed. I have had a bid ole for many years and whether this is a different manufacture or company what ever it is something is very different. The quality was poor the attachment pieces were cheap and non workable. After it had been attached for a short while the spray
head blew off and the plastic cracked. The orginal I have had for over 8 years, this didn't last a month....

The instructions that came with this sprayer did not make it clear how to assemble the sprayer head. My clever husband did eventually figure out how to assemble it and how to make it stop leaking around the spray control, but had trouble attaching the plumbing splitter tightly enough to keep it from leaking at the water source. The low-quality plumbing splitter broke while he was trying to tighten it and will have to be replaced. Also, the included hose for connecting the sprayer to the toilet is not long enough if the water source is on the opposite side of the toilet from where the water enters the toilet. We will probably replace the part that we broke and attempt to use it, but taking into account the disclaimer that came with this product that the life of the product may be shortened because of high water pressure, I'm not expecting it to last long. My advice: spend the extra [...] bucks and get a quality one that will last!

I really enjoy feeling clean after using the toilet, and having lived for a while in Egypt and in Saudi Arabia, I had acquaintance with a hand held sprayer device for hygienic purposes. I was also a nurse for years and knew that the water system of the toilet could be redirected to a hand held sprayer for cleaning bed pans and similar equipment between patient uses. Knowing it was possible, I took a brief cruise of the internet and bought this apparatus.

I have to agree with the other reviewer. The hand held device leaked almost from the first minute it was installed. At first I thought it was my own lack of plumbing ability, but when it grew worse and worse, I consulted a handyman who told me that it was the device itself. There is no near-source control to regulate the water pressure or to turn it off between uses without actually turning off the flow to the tank itself.

After about 18 months when the leak became a deluge, I finally replaced the entire mechanism. In this instance, I chose to replace it with one having a control valve that allows me to reduce or turn off the water. This one, Mini-Shower - Bidet & Multi-Use Hand Held Sprayer, has a similar plastic head, and it too leaks slightly after the water is turned off, but the dripping stops after a drop or two--I don't return to the bathroom later to find the floor under an inch of water!

Had purchased a similar sprayer (more expensive) for one of my daughters & she loves it, so bot one (NOT the same sprayer)from this vendor & it never did work well...it leaked badly, fittings were broken...my son-in-law just went to hardware store & purchased parts so they could use it...too bad...won't purchase the "Bitet Ole" again! A waste of time & money.

Now on my second one. First one lasted about 3 years, not bad considering the price. Yes, one must learn how to push the button lightly if you have high water pressure, otherwise it will blast. The 'blast' is great for a sluggish toilet. I used to drag the garden hose in, now that the gov't governs your toilet, those small tanks just do not have enough water flow to keep drains open. End result, of course, is use of more water than the old larger tanks. Hard to beat a 2-n-1 or dual duty product.

Bidet Ole does not have a flow control. At my house the water was blasting off as if you were using a pressure washer! A couple of people who used it at my house told me that it hurt for a while after use, and they would not use it again. Also the water in the toilet will splash all over you if you hit it with the powerful stream.

Worse than that, the bidet started to leak the same day we installed it. I tried using threading tape, and then installing a washer, but that did not help. The leak means we have to swtich off water to the toilet to stop the leak from messing up our floors. We then have to switch it back on any time we need to flush. What a pain this is.

I bought this item via Amazon and contacted seller for return instructions, but it's been over a week and I have not heard anything back. Unfortunately Amazon does not offer much help with items bought from third parties. I might be stuck with a defective and possibly dangerous product. When I ordered this items there were no user reviewes of it, so I thought it might help if I share my personal experience with it.

I bought one, tried it and loved it. It worked great. It is very helpful for personal hygiene. It saves on toilet paper.

You need to turn down the water flow control to the toilet so that the pressure will not be too strong.

I loved it so much that I bought one for each bathroom in my home and as gifts for everyone in my family.

I am so impressed in it that I am now also a national distributor of this product.
