Tea Lights for Tea Lovers,
By

This review is from: Biedermann & Sons 100 Tealight Candles In Metal Cups, 100% Parrafin Wax (Health and Beauty)
I do drink tea, and I keep my teapot on a side table over a tea warmer. I have had other brands of candles, but they don't seem to keep my tea HOT. They keep the tea warm. These candles do indeed keep my tea nice and hot, which is lovely on a cold day.
I went through the entire bag, and put them into a box. Out of 100 candles, only one was flawed. That's pretty good! Give these candles a try and see if you don't get hotter tea, too.

Quality Tealights, Would Buy Again,

While not the very best I've ever used (sadly, that store went out of business), these are quality tealights, and I would buy them again although I do wish they burned just a tad hotter, hence 4 instead of 5 stars. You will get a clean, long-lasting, moderately hot burn that that should please most. I burn candle tarts, and the quality of tealights in the stores has gone way downhill over the years. Some I've purchased won't even melt candle wax, let alone burn hot enough to throw a scent. I've returned or thrown away far too many tealights, which makes it worth paying more for something that actually does the job. I can only assume the stores/shops are having their candles made somewhere other than they did before, so I've learned that it does make a difference where the tealights are manufactured.

The Best Tealights I've Used,
Amazon Verified Purchase(What's this?)
This review is from: Biedermann & Sons 100 Tealight Candles In Metal Cups, 100% Parrafin Wax (Health and Beauty)
I loved the long burning Biedermann & Sons pillar, so when I was not satisfied with the cheap Chinese flaky non-wax tealights I looked to see if Biedermanns sold them. I was not disappointed! These are very long burning, very bright candles. I haven't tried them as warmers, but obviously their nice flame would be quite hot. The person who said they quickly burn down to the wax and then almost seem to go out on you - well, it's rather unbelievable. In my experience, they do quickly burn down to the wax, almost seem to want to burn out on you, and then flame up bright - every time! I also don't know why the person thought they were a good deal with the price and quality, because first of all, they didn't know the quality before purchase, and second of all these candles cost a lot more than others. For me, I HOPED they'd be great quality, based on their other candles, and knew the price was high.
Another person graded these candles down because of a price mis-statement for them. I've seen that, too. When I first bought the pillars, I just got one, because I thought the price was $75!! Of course, I was only charged the $10 and wished I'd bought 7. If this sounds like an ad by a Biedermann troll, it's not; it's just that i am responding to comments that sound like they are trolls for other companies.
