This iron supplement has 2 types of iron in it, and it works very well and is absorbed efficiently. It raised my hemoglobin in the hospital about 0.1-0.2 every day. (Taking one pill per day) and I was LOSING iron a lot. If I forgot to take it, the blood tests reflected it. Thats really good. The iron doesnt upset my stomach. Highly recommend this product. Other types of iron just dont work as efficiently.
