I love this stuff. I have always been a big fan of Mole Sauce, but the stuff you buy in the Grocery Stores never matched the flavor and consistency of what you could get in a Mexican Resturant. This stuff comes as close as you can get. The other Mole sauces commonly sold have a wierd consistency, more like a paste and seem awfully messy. This one is more like a sauce and it comes in a bottle that can be closed and put in the frig so you can use it any time you like. Its a little on the spicy side, but not overwhelming. Great on Thanksgiving turkey left overs.

This is the best of the prepared moles I've tried. It is fruitier than the others. It's also spicier, but the heat level is very tolerable. It's definately an improvement over the pastes in jars.

This bottled moles is not too bad, and better than most though the price is normal, the shipping cost is high.

The grocery store varieties are very pasty and sometimes have an off, metallic taste. This is an excellent, quite fruity sauce that pours well. It's very mild and not too salty. This tends to work best as a sauce addition near the end of cooking rather than an early sauce that you cook the food in. Keeps well in the fridge for a couple of weeks after opening.
