Item arrived in 1 box. Everything is in it. Made of nice cedar wood. Took one person to put it together in 5 1/2 hours. Directions could be better and would have been easier if parts were labeled. Bought extra stakes to secure it and extra screws. Overall am pretty happy with it and our 6 yr. old and his friends love it.

I bought this swingset for my daughter's fifth birthday. It arrived in one large box. The directions said that it would take two people 5-8 hours to put it together. Boy, that estimate was off! I had my boyfriend, the engineer, adn my father, the carpenter, help me put it together, and it took us more like 12 hours. Some pieces were wrong in the box, but we were able to improvise successfully. Directions are poorly written, and makes assemblying the swingset confusing.

The swingset is small. The deck on the top is tiny and my daughter can't stand up in it. The rock climbing wall and rope ladder are small too. The swings are great and easy to adjust. The slide is pretty good size. Overall, I'm happy with the swingset, but I feel I paid too much for it.

After opening the box and sorting out the equipment, I realized that a majority of the lumber were not stenciled properly and I had to go by the board picture in the instruction manual. I was able to complete the swing set and have plenty of nuts and bolts left over. My 6 year old son loves the swing set.

This swingset was a gift for our three children. Our oldest is 5 and so far they love it. The main problems are with the instructions and the wood. The wood that came in the box does not actually meet the same specifications that are printed in the instruction book. The majority of the pieces that came in our box were smaller. For example, if the diagram called for the 2" x 4" x 64" it was really referring to the 1 3/4" x 2 x 63.5 ". This was the case for most of the pieces. The instructions were very vague at times. The pieces of wood were not labeled; therefore, we had to take extra time to measure each individual piece. Overall it took about 6 hours to assemble. We are hoping that this swing set is going to last, however, the first time our daughter starting swinging, we noticed the entire upper portion of the playhouse slightly moving. We would not have expected this because of the fact that she only weighs 35 pounds. It is only meant for small children and the instructions say that it can hold (6) 110lb children. I do not feel confident that it actually will hold that much weight. The children enjoy it and hopefully it will last for a while.

This is a nice swing...my daughter loves it. She is six and this is the perfect size for her and even room for a couple of years of growing. I would recommend this product. The price is pretty fair for this product. My husband said he can convert the A-frame it into a regular bench swing for 2-3 people when she outgrows it...and the side portion can be a plant stand or something like that. Thanks.
