Book Description

November 27, 2006
Written by Caner Taslaman, author of The Quran: Unchallegeable Miracle, This book examines diverse fields like physics and astronomy, and philosophy and theology, reuniting the information from all these separate fields and exposing the walls that have been raised between them. With this book, the author adds to the debate revolving around the 'anthropic principle' by developing the 'world principle.' The author offers the reader an original critique of materialist philosophy, ancient Greek philosophy, and in particular of Kant and Hawking, making this book highly informative and thought-provoking. The reader not only finds answers to questions about the meaning of our existence, but also gains new insights into science, philosophy and theology.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good comparison and arguments on different philosophical views on creation, June 4, 2011
This review is from: The Big Bang Philosophy and God (Paperback)
Small, precise and very informative. It's good to know how many views are out there and arguments supporting and against them. This book presents a compelling case for supporting Big Bang not just as a scientifically proven theory becoming a borderline fact but also it's impact on thousand years long debate on who created the universe, was it created or matter is eternal, how probable is it that there's a super universe where every possible universe is being created and we happen to be inside a universe where the precise value of 4 fundamental forces happen to be absolutely correct against billions of odds? Short book, heavy on language, not for the faint hearted. It could use an edition where the esoteric vocabulary has been greatly reduced.
