This is the most easy to learn game that I have ever played.

You don't even start at a particular location. You just grab a character like Sheldon, Leonard, or even the broken elevator, place it randomly on the board, and take turns tossing dice to move around the board also in a random manner. It doesn't matter which way you go. When you land on a FACT of FICTION space you answer a question about a fact in the show, or about a fictional character that was mentioned in the show.

If you answer the question right, you get a character card. When you get all 5 characters, Sheldon, Leonard, Raj, Howard, and Penny you win.

There is this fun aspect that you can take other people's cards. To do so, you land on Rock, Paper, Scissors, Spock, Lizard, and play the game with the opponent of your choice. If you win, you can take one of their cards. The only learning curve for us was trying to remember the if Spock takes scissors or Lizard.

It's FUN! My 10 year old child beat me yesterday. So you can see it's really for all ages as long as they like the Big Bang Theory. If you haven't seen the show, don't buy this. But for fans, it's a blast!

I bet I could beat Will Wheaton. Well... if not me, my 10 year old could for sure!

This sounded much more fun than it actually is. My wife and I have watched every episode, but there were very few trivia questions either of us remembered seeing even after hearing the answer. Most of the questions are ridiculously difficult or too easy, and neither of us enjoyed playing at all. We did receive the correct 400 question version of the game.

Furthermore, the game was made in China, and I wouldn't be surprised if the questions were assembled there as well. There were at least two or three blatant typos that we found in the one short game we played. Not just innocent character or two errors, but whole phrases clearly missing such that the sentence made virtually no sense.

The cards have a cheap feel despite it being the "better" 400-card version. The game layout is pretty pointless too, because no matter the roll you can get to just about any type of space you'd like. You may as well just pick whatever card you want and not bother rolling the dice and moving your pieces.

My friend received this game as a gift so we all decided to give it a whirl last night. Four of us have watched every episode to date and one has seen the show enough for general knowledge. I found the board design to be utterly useless. We all kept shooting for the Fiction cards because the Fact cards either require you to draw something not pertaining to the show or ask you physics terms that no one would know. Little did we know that you have to know not only every single detail of every episode (first four seasons) but know everything about comic books, sci-fi shows, non-recurring characters, songs they sung in certain episodes and so forth. You can move around the board forward and back and there are spots like "roll again" and "move two spaces" but again providing no excitement. The worst spot in our opinion was the "Rock, Paper, Scizzors, Lizard, Spock" space. Not only did we have to keep referring to the instructions to see what Lizard and Spock do, it is neither challenging to the mind nor entertaining. Plus the person that "wins" gets to take a card from the other person. The character pieces that they chose have all five main characters plus Amy, Bernadette and since someone could not think of someone remotely better for the last piece (Kripke, Stewart, Zack) they chose the broken elevator door. They really should have grouped the questions in terms of difficulty and have everyone score points, comic books, something remotely better than collecting character cards.

We were excited when we the game was delivered to our home, but quickly disappointed in the quality of the cards and game "board". It looks like a game board in the photo, but it is actually delivered as a rolled up plastic mat. The game "mat" is very thin and wrinkled/rolled/creased and would not lay flat when we played. Some of the questions were awkwardly worded which made them difficult to understand. The questions were really very easy or overly obscure. Like another review stated, since each piece can move in any direction on every roll, it very easy to land on the spot you want instead of being challenged by landing on an undesirable spot.

There are TWO versions of this game- one comes with a nice cardboard playing board and 400 trivia questions. The other comes with a cheap roll-up plastic game board and only 200 trivia questions. I did not realize what I was purchasing when I made my purchase. Don't buy this online- go to a store so you can be sure you're getting what you want. Also, Toys R' Us is selling it for much less.

I bought this game for my husband, we are both huge Big Bang Theory fans. This game is horrible. The playing board, if you want to call it a board is a cheap piece of flimsy plastic that just refuses to lay flat. The game play itself is absolutely ridiculous...the board has no real purpose as there is no real end goal with the board.....you just keep moving your pieces all over with no rhyme or reason. Not much thought went into this game at all and for the price I paid for it, I was expecting more. The questions are fun, but that is all we liked about it. We eventually just put everything else away and started asking each other questions. I would not recommend this game to anyone.
