Great Costume
This is a great deal - head-to-toe costume for under $20. The hat is not at all too large for our 2 year old (we got the 3T-4T). It is super soft and comfy while really looking like Big Bird. We LOVE it.

Big Head
Since my grandson loves Big Bird I thought he would look cute in this hat and top. The hat is one size fits all and I could have put both our heads in it at one time, not conducive for a 2 year old and the top is huge also. A waste of my money.
