This book is the ultimate resource! Tailoring the information to your needs becomes effortless with the cd! We have a retired navy officer on our board. When presented with the new job discription for the youth director, his response was," The Admiral would be proud!" This is a great resource and easy to use!

This book was and is highly intuitive and useful for filling those unknown positions needed. I suggest this book to anyone seeking info on church positions with descriptions down to pay, chain of command, to responsibilities....great stuff!

very helpful in all levels of ministry. easy to understand. job titles and descriptions are excellent- simple yet covers all the bases. Many descriptions are usable as basis for non-Christian organizations.

First I was getting anxious because I thought it was not coming, but it did. I found it to be exactly what I needed, still researching some items.
The book was in good condition, didn't get the CD, but that was ok.
Our project will be starting soon and this will make it very simple.
