Barbara Spencer Hawk owns Crossbridge Communications, LLC, a company that develops communication solutions designed to boost sales, improve performance and facilitate growth. Crossbridge strategies and tools have created more than $320 million in bottom-line impact, based on client-provided data.
She is the author of "What Employers Really Want" and "The Job-Seekers Guide" (Big Book of Jobs). She routinely tackles topics ranging from executive development to marketing and sales strategies, audiovisual technologies, IT, Lean innovation, technical education, advanced manufacturing, parts cost reduction strategies, industrial fluids and coolants, and high-precision machining.
"I think of it as English-to-English translation," she says. "My goal is to transform complex concepts into simple, clear and useful information. It's fun, because every day I get to learn something new and challenging."
