As a biofeedback therapist teaching relaxation techniques this is one of my first books on the subjects. Almost all the techniques from seated yoga to music therapy to proper nutrition and aromatic oils, I have used in my therapies. They all worked. I really liked the product list of relaxation technologies at the end almost like the consumer reports of mind expansion.
