We received Barnyard Dance! and Oh My Oh My Oh Dinosaurs! when our son was born. We started reading them to him before he could talk. There is a wonderful, enchanting way that Boynton uses words and drawings to create an exciting connection for young children. In addition, I will remember until the day I die the joy of my son pointing at words or characters as I read the text with enthusiastic expression. Six years later, our daughter was born and we renewed our connection with Boynton's books with the same heart-warming experience. These are simply great pre-reader books. Both my wife and I recommended them and we have given sets to friends who have also found them to be fun and joy-full.

Sandra Boynton's books are so much fun to read aloud to babies and toddlers! My children adored all of Boynton's books and I had a blast reading them each and every time. Pajama Time is our #1 all-time favorite read aloud. We actually created a dance to go along with the book! These books make wonderful books for baby's first time library. These books beg to be read aloud and enjoyed together. Go ahead...bathe your baby with the rhythmic, dancing language in these books. You will be providing your baby with the ultimate listening experience and laying the critical foundation for early literacy learning.

My 2 year old has at least ten Boynton books but this collection, which we received as a gift, is especially good. All of the books have engaging, fun text that rhymes, as well as humorous animal illustrations. These three books have a more sing-song quality to them and are especially fun to read. My daughter times repeating "Pajama Time" before going to bed.

My son loves ANY Sandra Boynton book. They have great pictures and they are fun to read. They are board books so they stand up to alot of use! I highly recommend anyone with small children to buy these books!

The Boynton books are fun and silly, but never sappy. Adults will chuckle, and kids will love to hear these over and over again. The books all have a wonderful cadence that will be music to the kids' ears, and the pictures are very funny. I like to give these books to new parents, because the classics like "Goodnight Moon" and "Time for Bed" just are not nearly this fun.

We received "Oh My, Oh My, Oh Dinosaurs" free during a pediatrician's check-up. My daughter wanted it read to her every night. After 3 months we had to replace the book. That is when I found out about all the other books by Boynton. I am impressed. These books are good for short bed time stories just before bed for 18 months and over.

Sandra Boynton did an amazing job with these books. Of course, in true Boynton style, they all rhyme and have cute illustrations. Pajama Time is my FAVORITE! It's sing-songy and my son smiles when we say, "Pajammy to the left, Pajammy to the right...Jamma jamma jamma jamma, P.J.!" He also reaches out to touch some of the pictures even though they aren't touch and feel books. Barnyard Dance is also sing-songy and cute. The dinosaur book has opposites and is very clever.

My other favorite books of hers are What's Wrong Little Pookie?, The Belly Button Book, The Going to Bed Book, and Doggies. (Although, I like every book of hers I've read.) In some ways it seems like Far Side for kids.

I got this as a gift for my cousin's baby. I think books make great gifts and you can never go wrong with Boynton. Boxed sets end up being cheaper per book than buying them seperately plus you have the box to store them in.

These books are so cute! The Barnyard Dance has a really fun rhythm just like square dancing, and the DInosaurs one is about opposites. They are so cute. My 12 month old isn't super into the pictures, but I know it won't be long and he'll love the rhythmic sound of the story. the Barnyard Dance is a big hit among a few of my friend's kids.
