As a former student of Gene Pokorny, I must say that he is as great of a teacher as he is as a performer. I was thoroughly impressed with his great musicianship in this CD - it is a recommeded must own for any tubist...or any of those composers out there who don't believe that the tuba can be played with virtuosity!

cool, the master Gene Pokorny rides again. He sounds amazing as always, and does some pretty cool stuff. Almost a whole album recorded on the Arnold Jacobs CC tuba. KICK ...
