Poor quality. I had to sew the coat because the stitching and seams were not sewn together properly. There were so many loose threads that had to be removed, it looked sloppy.

Once receiving the coat, I was impressed at how thick and warm it was. My daughter put it on and zipped it up only to notice the zipper was broken at the top. Honestly, it was the last 3 'teeth' of the zipper so it still covered her neck and was functional. After wearing it for 2 days, 2 of the snaps that hold the hood in place came right out of the material. This shouldn't be happening with a brand new coat. Luckily, I know of an establishment that fixes snaps like this and had them repaired. I recommend this item but make sure you inspect it closely!

My daughter LOVES this jacket!!! It's so feminine and can be used in many types of weather...hood comes off, jacket can be used in cold or warmer weather.

Very nice jacket. My daughter is eight and I thought the size 14/16 would be a good fit for her. She is very tall and thin, and needs the length in the arms. When it came she liked it, but she couldn't where the insert jacket with the big jacket, it was too snug. Overall the outer jacket is great. The inside lining can be worn separately though which is fine.

This coat did not fit. Josie is a size 16 in almost everything. The sleeves on the coat came just below her elbow, and could not be zipped. So I had my daughter Gracy try it on...too small for her also....I would say this 14/16 was about a size 8.

Looks super cute until you put it on. The collar stands so high and stiff it comes over my daughter's face and won't fold down. Because of this flaw, the velcro on the collar constantly caught her hair and tangled it. In fact, for the day she wore it, we put her hair in braids to help, but the braids got stuck on the velcro too. I took my seam ripper and took off the velcro along the collars, but still fit wierd. Decided to get a new jacket. :(
