a definite must-have for turks heads such as myself. the live versions of so long silver lining, hammerless nail, and tail crush are VICIOUS!!! other highlights include covers of "Jiving Sister Fanny" and Jim Swope and the Left's "F**k It"(AWESOME), as well as unreleased original songs "don't kimosabe me" and "stick it out".

This is one of the better early period New Bomb Turks collections out there. Great originals plus some sweet covers.

5.0 out of 5 stars Channeling Iggy through a methedrine meat grinder, October 6, 2004

This is the first album I've bought by the Turks and it won't be the last. These guys sound as though the only albums they've ever heard are Raw Power by the Stooges, Never Mind the Bollocks and the Dead Boys first album and man its great. They rock in an offhand, distorted FU kind of way. Punk meets garage in an infected pus dripping loud wound of an album. Great drumming, slamming distorted guitars and snotty but melodic vocals. Hell yes.
