I discovered Common Rotation on XM Radio and tracked down this album. It's hard to peg them exactly... they have a bit of bluegrass in them (I'm reminded slightly of Newgrass Revival). I also hear traces of Bare Naked Ladies and even a little Whiskeytown, insofar as the sound seems to hail from North Carolina with a slightly twangy rock feel and sweetly melancholy harmonies. Their sound is instantly likable, and for the life of me I can't figure out why CR hasn't attracted a wider following. Highly recommended.

This is actually the very first CD that I have ever purchased where I like every single track! Common Rotation, though not well known, is absoluely incredible! I think there's pretty much a song for everyone on here. My favorite tracks are Post Moder, Sit Down, and particularly Prime Time! Definitely a MUST BUY!

I saw Common Rotation live in June, and loved them! Bought the CD at the concert, and have been listening to it ever since! They don't really have a specific genre, but if you're interested in thought-provoking lyrics, great harmonies, and catchy hooks, this album is for you! My favorite tracks are Savior, All My Time, and especially Offstage Lines. ComRo rocks!
