The instructions to clean the pajamas say that they will shrink a little but the pair I bought for my husband shrank too much and now they don't fit him. They do look really nice but he can't wear them at all.

I purchased these as Christmas eve pajamas for my adult son and my friend's son-in-law. Both are approximately 5"11. According to the website I could expect up to 2 and 3/4 inches of shrinkage in height and length. It also says NOT to buy the next size up because they are cut to allow for shrinkage. Before washing, they were slightly larger than what I was needing, so I washed them in cold water and dried them on medium. They came out of the drier small enough to fit me, and I am only 5'2". I called customer service, and after speaking with 2 different people was told they would not refund my money because they had been washed. When I pointed out that their product was not as described and obviously defective if there is that much shrinkage, they said the best they could do was to give me 20 percent off of my next order. I asked if I could return them for replacements vs. a refund and was also told no. I had to buy different pajamas at the last minute before Christmas eve on top of being out nearly $90 (including the shipping) for pj's that no one can wear. I would not recommend doing business with this company. If you read other reviews (which I did not do prior to purchasing, so shame on me) you will find more consumers who have had the same experience that I had. Run away.

Honestly, I'm not thrilled with my purchase at all. I spent $50 (including shipping)on flannel footed pajamas. I gave them to my son on Christmas morning and within two weeks, they already had a hole in the crotch area that I had to sew up. They are definitely not made of quality material. I won't purchase them again.
