I was given this item as a gift after I used a similar item and loved it. It held a variety of dishes and kept them cold for several hours. I put just 1 large bag of ice in the boat. The only reason I didn't give this a 5 star rating is that the one I had used before had a drain tube which was nice. We were able to open the drain into a bucket and get the water off before lifting to dump the remaining ice. With this item, we had to scoop out the water and ice before lifting it off the table. It was easy to blow up.

Perfect for small picnics. We purchased a stack of 5 plastic storage bowls at the $$ store. They are all the same in height so we were able to set them in the "boat", add ice and then drape a plastic table cloth over the top to cover them all when no one was eating. This eliminated mess w/ wraps and covers, etc. For the future, I'm getting a piece of plexiglass from Home Depot - cut to size. Then I can cover all the bowls and everyone can see what's available to eat and food will still be covered.

Great item for the price - other salad bar servers are $200 plus and need alot of storage. This is use, dry, deflate and store easily - definitely recommend but do say - put your salads in bowls that are higher and deeper rather than short and bigger around. You'll fit more bowls and you can have a level layer of ice...

Got this buffet for my daughters graduation party. Worked great. Only problem was as the ice melted the water came over the top of shallow containers. If you use shallow containers put them on an inverted empty cool whip bowl to avoid contents becoming waterlogged. Definitely recommend this product to all who picnic in warm climates.

You really want to buy one with a drain. I ended up getting ours at Brylane Home, they have an inflatable one with a drain currently on sale for $14.99 (with the 15% off coupon you can find on the web, it's $11.99 - shipping was $7).

I was very happy and satisfied with this product....it didn't deflate and held up extremely well....rec'd many compliments on the product....I used it to keep shrimp cocktail and dips and salsas nice and cold...I bought a couple of rubbermaid containers that just happened to fit perfectly....I didn't want water getting into the shrimp cocktail or the dips....

I would definitely have rated it 5 stars but it failed by not having a drain plug....this would have made it perfect

I ORDERED THIS ITEM (INFLATABLE BUFFETT & SALAD BAR) FOR MY ANNUAL "LADIES DAY" EVENT. THIS WAS A POTLUCK WHERE EACH LADY BROUGHT A SALAD. WE WERE WONDERING HOW TO KEEP EVERYTHING COLD. THIS PRODUCT KEPT THE SALADS COLD ALL DAY, FOR 6-7 HOURS; PLUS, AT THE END OF THE DAY, MOST OF THE ICE WAS STILL THERE AND HAD NOT MELTED. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT HIGHLY.

In the South, The Fourth of July, is Christmas in July. We do it real B-I-G! Weeks of shopping,days of preparation, hours of decorating.OMG!The addition of this inflatable salad bar was the hit!We call it "pride on the table",and all the cold food favorites were there in full array, chilled to perfection and holding! It was so much fun, and it made so much sense.Talk about finding a solution, without a lot of fuss;this was it.It was safe, easy and beautiful.No fear of killer potato salad,or deadly deviled eggs.The cucumber salad stayed crisp.and the chicken salad never went soggy.Thank you, thank you so much!!!

Pretty simple idea - fill it with ice to keep your food and beverages cool outdoors. Would have given it 5 stars if it had a quick release valve for deflation.

It's about 4 feet long fully inflated and fits perfectly on the average folding table. Be prepared for other tailgaters asking you where they can get one from!

Definitely recommend.

How Amazing was this!! Fourth of July wouldn't have been the same without it!

I filled it up with ice and put a big fruit salad in it.....a big chef salad in it and then all the bottles of salad dressings! Kept everything cold for hours. Of course the bowls needed to be very heavy (I used big heavy glass bowls)or they may float when the ice starts to melt. The only thing I see that may need to change is a way to drain the water.....Kudos to the maker for the perfect length and width!

Great idea and very versatile. I sell chocolates at the markets and this product is fantastic for keeping them cool. Doesn't take up too much room either. Easy to inflate and deflate. Together with the refreezable ice trays, a real winner. Would recommend to everyone. Thank you.
