About 5 years ago, Walmart was selling this stuff and I got hooked and so they stopped selling it. Thus Amazon.com to the rescue.
Now I've read the reviews on how this drink is high in bad things for ya but I figure since I don't drink, smoke, or eat pork or shell fish. I feel that I am entitled to a little fleshly indulgence, and Big Train Blended Ice Coffee, Java Chocolate Chip is it.
Simply put -- It's good. I love it. And as far as any of us really know, you only go around once in life--so get all the gusto you can.

Cheers
Zan

I bought this product because it's the brand my favorite hometown coffee shop uses to make Starbucks style blended coffee drinks. To be honest though, I wasn't expecting the beverage to taste quite as good when made at home, because I don't have one of those super-expensive, industrial-quality blenders.

However, I was pleasantly surprised. I just ripped open the packet, dumped it into my cheapo blender with five ounces of milk and 12 ounces of crushed ice, hit the blend button, and a couple minutes later, viola! A Starbucks style frappy just for meeeee. Add a dash of whipped cream, a straw, and I had myself a four-dollar drink for a fraction of the price.

One thing I should add: My fridge at home dispenses crushed ice, so the ice-chunks I put into my cheapo blender were smaller than you'd get out of your average ice cube tray. I think this helped with the drink-consistency. Specifically, I'm not 100% sure the drink would've been quite as smooth and professional-feeling on the ol' tongue if I'd started with bigger ice-cubes.

But overall, I was pretty darn impressed.

I was paying $3.86 for these at a local coffee shop and was THRILLED to find them on Amazon. Yummy (not healthy mind you - but yummy)!

The Big Train drinks are the best on the market! The Java Chip is my favorite. If you like blended coffee drinks, this is the one to get.

Sorry Starbucks, but I don't need to spend $5 every time I want a great Java Chip Frappucino anymore. These individual sized packets make a great drink and I even use sugar free syrups to flavor the drink on top of the java flavoring it already has. I used to buy the Orange Java Chip Frappucinos years ago from Starbucks and they stopped making them. If you want one, you have to pay an extra 50 cents for a shot of orange flavored syrup, if they even have any. No thanks!!!

Other flavor combos I've tried are with banana, raspberry, german chocolate, and creme de menthe. Yummy!!

I must have tasted coffee 40 years ago and thought it was bitter tasting so never drank coffee all these years (I am 75). The reason I started is because of reports I was reading that a couple cups of coffee was good for us. So when i found out about Java Chocolate Chip coffee, I ordered a box of them and have never been sorry. I think why I love it so much is because of the chocolate chips in the coffee. Now I have one or two cups every morning with a little bit of whipping creme and cinnamon on top.
Love to sip on it while I read the paper.

Me and my fiancee go to this place called Poet's when we go to Cookville (absolutely in love with the place), and one day I decided to look behind the counter to see what brand of mix they were using for their coffees. I found out it was this brand so I just had to purchase it. This is my all time favorite brand of mix and I have tried many. Also, in case your wondering, one pouch of this stuff can make between 2-4 large cups. It all depends on how sweet you want it, so it is totally worth the money.

This is by far one of the best tasting frozen drinks Ive had. I "treat" myself to these once in a while (1 pack is 480 calories, 24g fat and 52g sugar) The 25 single packs are great because you just empty the whole bag in your blender and you get the right amount every time. The Java chip flavor is just that, a taste of coffee and chocolate and dont forget to add the whip cream on top and enjoy. I wish I could drink one daily because they are just so good.

I have this in a large container that says no trans-fat on it, same brand and everything... It is some good stuff. Not for daily consumption but easily tastes as good as, if not better than, the $4 drinks at the Bigbucks coffee place. Add some coffee and ice and blend it really well because the chocolate chips are pretty persistent, and you're good to go. Nice, rich coffee flavor. Yum!!!

I use it for hot Mocha.....very rich chocolate. The mix has chocolate chips in it that do not melt and remain at the bottom gooing up the bottom of the mug for cleaning.

All is all I like a very chocolate Mocha and this mix works for me.
