What can I say? I'm addicted to this stuff. It's high quality and Amazon sells it at a much better price than specialty tea shops. I think it's the best powdered chai on the market. It's equally good cold or hot.

I love the taste of this chai, and the fact that it is decaf so I can drink it at night. Still, though, it has a lot of calories. I pre-mix it about 60/40 with Knox Nutra-joint and add it to my herbal tea and even to coffee (I also add milk). It adds a lot of richness and spice, and goes a long way. I keep a shaker bottle of full-strength stuff in my car, and add it to coffee with cream. It takes barely a tablespoon to make a large coffee taste fabulous, no matter where you get it. No more expensive and high calorie lattes for me. I have tried the low-carb version, which I also liked, but I personally am trying to stay away from artificial sweeteners.

This product if a wonderful gift, I give to my Wife and Daughters for Christmas every year, they love it...through the cold of winter, Big Train is a wonderful product and right size.

This stuff is GREAT - but make sure you like spice! I love it hot or iced!!

I love this tea - it is delicious and doesn't make me bounce around like caffeine drinks. I always have this in stock at home. Try it - you won't be disappointed!

This Chai is good and better than most others i've tried, but I still prefer Pacific Chai (though couldn't find a decaf version of Pacific Chai). Though I am mostly happy with my purchase, I have two issues with the Big Train Chai:

1. even though I mix with a frother (mostly water as per instructions with hot milk), always some sediment at the bottom.

2. though "resealable" I have a very difficult time resealing the package. Most of the time I just end up leaving the package standing up & open in the cabinet, or wrapping closed with a rubber band.

The big train product is well packaged with resealable bags, which keeps the product fresher. We can usually get 14 chai lattes per package, which equates to 42 lattes for approximately 18.00, which is a very good deal. I prefer the powdered versus the concentrate because it can last longer, i.e. you don't have to have a chai everyday.

This product is so good! I drink a cup of chai every evening and it is so soothing. My sister had never tasted it and after I fixed a cup for her she says she is addicted.

Many times well be out and about and find ourselves asking for a Big Train Chai at a coffee shop. On several occasions we'd go without getting a Chai if it wasn't Big Train!
