Why do they do this? I am talking about all the big studios as in Sony, Paramount, Warner's and FOX! When it comes to these classic tv shows they pull this slow to no release BS. You hear their BS that It has to do with the suppose fact that these season sets aren't making enough money for them. Please give me a F!! ing break. They are so full of it. Smaller indy companies such as MPI release shows like "Doris Day", "Family Affair" and "Here's Lucy" and they will release them until they're completed to full series status in an ample time between. I am sorry but I doubt that the Doris Day show sells more than shows such as "Mary Hartman..", "Family"," Mary Tyler Moore", "Maude","Knots Landing", "Laverne and Shirley" etc...etc...
I am so tired of supporting these companies that in turn defecate onto their consumers like this.
To all of you major studios,
If you don't think these shows are selling for you then why the hell do you hold on to the rights? Let MPI or Shout or any of these companies that will treat them with more respect than you do, let them have them!
Stop dumping on us!

so right you are- if shows like mary hartman, baretta etc. are worthless due high costs then unload your rights to companies that are willing to take on and print whole sereis and let us your onetime consumers for these programs buy from someone else sense it is all not working ouy for the current companies that hold the rights to get on with it-thank-you
