The battery that came with this accessory bundle DOES NOT work on the Sony DCRDVD810 video camera. I need to return this battery, but not sure who to return it to. Would you please advise who I can return this battery to and can another replacement be sent to me? I had the battery charged and on Christmas morning we attached it to the camera; a notation came on the screen that this battery would not work on this camera. Please get back to me and advise on what I need to do.

A great purchase you can not go wrong with! There were so many items in this package for an unbelievably low price. Even the customer service was extraordinary. The wrong style rechargeable battery was shipped and when I called they immediately sent out the correct one. Very fast shipping as well. You will be happy.

I received a handycam for Christmas. It was bought from a retail store here in Phoenix that was going bankrupt. It was a store display and the clerk could not find the box to it anywhere. So I ended up getting just the cam and nothing else. I had shopped around to price what it was going to take to just turn my handycam 'on'. The battery at Wal-mart was twice as much as this complete bundle. I have used everything in this package several times now since Christmas and I am very pleased and you will be as well. This company ships fast and all items are in one box.

I had to return this product, so I cannot accuratly rate this item. However I can rate the company - we purchased and had to return. In short they sent it quickly - they worked with me ont he return and sent a full return minus the shipping.

The ONLY problem I can report about Big Valueis that they sent me an address with a PO Box number instead of a street address. This is OK unless you are sending the return via UPS. SO make sure if you are sending any courrier except for the USPS be sure to get a street address before shipping.

Received in good time. Accessory bag could be larger but will do if don't carry everything. Good value.
