The AD413ZT/MZT (metal bodied) polarized convertible model with interchangeable nozzle features is designed to reduce the effects of glare and to help eliminate "hot spots" from highly reflective surfaces and providing uniform illumination to bring out more surface detail with minimal glare. The AD413ZT/MZT comes with 3 interchangeable nozzles, a polarized nozzle, a standard open faced nozzle, as well as a sealed transparent cap nozzle designed to protect the lens and built in LED lights from dust, debris and moisture common to certain work environments. The Dino-Lite Polarizing system can be removed or switched on/off or also can be adjusted to offer full or half polarization, providing the versatility required for use in the Dermatology, hair loss treatment, biomedical, printing/graphic arts, surface analysis and a variety of other fields. The removable nozzle feature also provides the user the option of increasing working distance when using the digital microscope without any nozzle installed, allowing for 60X-180X and up to 220X magnification (at 0.0-0.4 inch working distance) without coming into contact with the observed object. Note: It is recommended that external lighting be applied when using the AD413ZT/MZT at 3.5 inch or greater working distance(s) (APPROXIMATELY 12X magnification or below).
