I purchased two of these chests as gifts. Beautifully crafted, even finish, color will coordinate with most decors. Excellent price for this product. Lining is an off white, my preference would be a darker color, that is simply a matter of personal taste. Recipients raved about the chests and couldn't wait to serve their tea.

I bought this as a gift. It was much nicer than the Bentley's tea box I have. It has a higher quality wood finish, is heavier, and has better hinges. The hinges are especially important so the top stays open, but doesn't flop backwards. After about three months, the hinges on my Bentley's box were pretty much shot. I would buy the Bigelow box again.

It's always difficult to get someone an anniversary gift they can use. Well I received a call right after my dad and his wife opened this gift. They LOVED it! I can tell when his wife likes something and when she LOVES something... $52 and free shipping - I think I might just have to get one for myself!
