I purchased two of these chests as gifts. Beautifully crafted, even finish, color will coordinate with most decors. Excellent price for this product. Lining is an off white, my preference would be a darker color, that is simply a matter of personal taste. Recipients raved about the chests and couldn't wait to serve their tea.

I bought this as a gift. It was much nicer than the Bentley's tea box I have. It has a higher quality wood finish, is heavier, and has better hinges. The hinges are especially important so the top stays open, but doesn't flop backwards. After about three months, the hinges on my Bentley's box were pretty much shot. I would buy the Bigelow box again.

It's always difficult to get someone an anniversary gift they can use. Well I received a call right after my dad and his wife opened this gift. They LOVED it! I can tell when his wife likes something and when she LOVES something... $52 and free shipping - I think I might just have to get one for myself!

You get what you pay for. Not the cheapest, or the most expensive. We're happy with the quality of the chest and the variety of the teas. I'm not a tea expert, but I've always been happy with Bigelow Tea.

I just received this for Mother's Day and it's a very elegant way to offer tea choices to your guests! Completely lined in ivory soft felt and each space is divided by wood dividers. Very nice gift for the frequent hostess!

This was a Christmas gift to my mom. She is a tea drinker and loved the presentation when she ordered tea at Olive Garden. She loved the gift. The box is built well and very sturdy. Great value and familiar tea brand...can't go wrong!

I did a lot of on-line research before finally ordering this chest. It will be a Christmas present for my daughter-in-law, and I wanted it to be just right. I was thrilled when I opened the mailing container and saw the fine wood, the high-quality hinges and the wonderful selection of teas. Very classy!

I bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas, and she loves it! She drinks tea every night and she loves having this great looking tea chest sitting on the counter to store her teas. Its color will match with almost any decor. The construction seems pretty solid and I was actually surprised at how well crafted it seems. I am no expert, but I would highly recommend this product.

My wife's parents were here for thanksgiving, and my mother-in-law mentioned how much she likes Bigelow Tea. I decided to order this at that moment before I forgot it. We opened gifts together by "skype" -- they live 1500 miles away, and it was clearly a hit -- beatuful box and some of their favorite teas as well as some they have yet to try.

Besides the great taste of the product, the quality and appearance of the tea chest exceeded expectations. My wife was very pleased with the gift. We get a lot of compliments from our friends and family every time we take out our tea chest. We've refilled the box with other imported and domestic brands of tea and they fit perfectly in the box. Now, I would like to find a way to replace the fabric of the cover or change the logo without damaging the box...
