This is not a substitute for brushing your teeth. If you just ate an onion sandwich, this isn't going to cut it!
Not over-powering, just the gentle herb of mint in your hot tea. Bigelow makes a good bag that doesn't leak it's contents in your cup and doesn't overload the flavor in one dunk. Each bag can be used about 3 times for a decent cup of mint tea.

Very good hot, great iced!,

R.C. Bigelow, Inc. was begun in 1945 by Ruth Campbell Bigelow, a tea connoisseur who wanted to offer even more taste opportunities to American tea drinkers. Among the many teas and herbal infusions that are offered by Bigelow is Mint Medley, which is a mix of peppermint, spearmint, rose hips, lemon peal, and hibiscus. The result is smoothly minty, without being overwhelmingly pepperminty.
Overall, I found this to be a very good hot tea, its mintiness really hitting the spot on cold winter days. But, it also makes a great, highly refreshing iced tea. I really like this tea, and I don't hesitate to recommend it. (By the way, check out the interesting recipes on Bigelow's website!) |
