This is a quick, fluff-free read that gives you exactly what you need to know in order to find quality tenants for your rental. I've been a landlord since 2001, am currently looking for a new tenant in one of my properties, and am glad that I picked this up. It's a reminder that I can always find new tips and resources to help with my business. For 99 cents, it's a no brainer!

I have read several articles/books by Brandon Turner and his presentation style and knowledge are great. I am renting my first home and this is very helpful.

I actually used, and continue to use, this book for a rental we purchased. It is extremely helpful, as is the website "Bigger Pockets". Thank you for the help.

I have been searching for this kind of information and advice since I started renting out my house over 10 years ago. Knowing even a little bit of the things covered here would have saved me thousands of dollars--am currently around the $3500 figure in damages this time around. Definitely needed for those who are new to landlording--Without this guidance your tenants are going to cost you money.

Sometimes no matter how long you been in business or associated we may try to reinvent the wheel. Stick to the basics and stay focused is what I was reminded. Thanks.

I bought this to prepare for renting our home we are moving out of. Like the e-book instead of fumbling thru paper copy.

The book is written by a practitioner, not a guru.
The book starts with probably the most important advice for any endeavor,
It covers areas most of us have not thought of, or have encountered (but may).
It answers questions and provide solutions,
so we won't be caught off-guard as a landlord.
I feel a Table of Content would add more value.
Very readable, highly recommended !

Hardly as compelling as a hoodunnit, nonetheless this book is an excellent 'read' for
anyone who is now a Landlord [or is considering}.
