I bought this book because our family had gotten into a rut with the same old thing, and there never seemed to be enough time to try anything new. So far we've tried about a dozen recipes and about half we have decided are keepers. A couple just didn't appeal to our tastes. The remainder have no business being in a thirty-minute meal book. One recipe took two of us working flat out just under an hour. It's a good thing we tried that one on a night when we weren't rushing to get somewhere!
