It is wonderful to have up-beat music to work out to and these songs are wonderful. I love to sing along and it helps me speed up and get an even better workout. This CD starts at 124 beats per minute, goes up to 128 beats per minute and then comes back down to 124. It is great for an out-of-the-gym workout.

I was looking for somethink upbeat to use for an over 50 group for a physio ball workout. Keeps the group interested and the beat up.

Love this CD. The music has a wonderful beat and keeps me motivated while I walk. I love that it doesn't even miss a beat in between the songs. Now I'm looking for another one so that I can alternate between the albums.

I like to create new routines for step aerobics, so I look for music with a good, consistent beat and songs that don't get monotonous. This CD has that and more. It eminates energy with a fuller, richer sound than many others available. I highly recommend it.

I am very disappointed with this product. It just does not work for me. I am from the 70s/80s and expected some motivation, nothing.

Have just returned from my first walk using this music. It is great fun, has excellent rhythmn, full sound and a great choice of songs. It made me want to walk further than usual just to go on listening! I think I will also be using it for exercising in the house too. I would recommend it without hesitation to all ages but maybe older people would enjoy the songs more. I especially love Hot, Hot, Hot! It's very good value for money.

My aqua fit class loves this CD so much that when I took over teaching, I had to buy a copy so we could continue using it after the past instructor left. Not original recordings, but they still did a good job with the remix.

This is a fun walking CD. I have it on my iPod and enjoy listening to these "oldies".

I have a hard time exercising and this CD makes it so much easier and more fun. I like the tempo and the songs.
