I started reading the BIGGLES books after seeing the movie "Biggles: Adventures in Time" (fun movie by the way). I especially like the BIGGLES books that take place in WWI. After reading these books, (although these are fictional) I have become more interested in learning about the flyers in WWI. (As the author, Capt. Johns, was a WWI pilot, he said it best, "truth is stranger than fiction". The Biggles books are well written, fun, an easy read, and always leave me wanting MORE.
