I live in Hawaii where it is constantly moist and humid. My original cables on my bike rusted inside the housing and outside the housing, and kept getting stuck. Bought these cables because they were rust proof. So far so good and its been about a month since I put them on. Only thing is there were no cable tips included so you might want to pick some of them up.
