They are very similar to my walking DVDs. You ride your exercise bike in front of your television and watch the beautiful scenery go by. It s like really being there, except you don t have to freeze in the cold or sweat it out in the humid heat. These videos are exactly what I wanted to exist a year ago when I started filming my own walking videos. You can see them at: Starling Fitness - Fitness. It s great to see that other companies are doing the same thing. I haven t been able to record bicycle rides because the vibration is so intense that the video was unwatchable. Continue down Florida's Scenic Route 17 though orange groves and pretty horse pastures. Near Yankeetown, experience tranquil marshes along the gulf. I'm a cyclist both indoors and out and enjoy a good workout. I really like seeing the different sections of Florida in this cycling ride. This morning I've been cycling through Florida orange groves, cycling through everglades and even seeing some alligators along the sides of the road which is something I wouldn't want to see that closely on a real ride. But this way it was fun and safe.

This dvd series is a good compliment to my indoor cycling workouts because the forward motion feeling of the visual ride down the road motivates me to push forward and not stop pedaling. I have all the dvds, I use them almost daily in winter and have recommended them to my cycling friends. It's probably one of the best investments I've made other than my bike. There are many different scenic rides so I never get bored like I did before when training in the winter. For me personally, I appreciate the lack of distracting commentary, bike riders on the screen and graphics I've found in the other DVDs I've used. I would highly recommend this dvd for indoor workouts.

I just love to watch these DVD`s,specially in winter time with nice relaxing background music, then I feel relaxed even when I am at my spinning workouts, nice and natural view of a beautiful landscape. It`s just a dream to watch..
