Biker's Dig In...,

This is a great cookbook. It gives you very simple recipes, one that can really put meat on your bones. Low-fat was not mentioned in this book. Even if you don't like to cook or bake you should see the pictures. The only thing I would have liked to see was a little bit more about where and who furnished the recipes. A little history on some of those biker boys would have been interesting.
