Your foot has 26 bones, 33 joints, and hundreds of muscles, tendons, and ligaments. The Vibram FiveFingers Men's Bikila LS Running Shoe gives every last piece of foot anatomy the opportunity to engage in the kinetic chain that is your lean and mean body. From the company that brought minimalist shoes into the mainstream, the Bilika is designed specifically to enhance gait efficiency while supporting a forefoot-striking posture. Whether you're starting the barefoot adventure or a long-time toe-shoe fanatic, this minimalist runner keeps you and your foot firmly anchored to the ground. With a one-pull speed-lacing system, the stretch nylon upper conforms to the contours of your foot. The laces stay in place throughout your run with a simple hook-and-loop tab. Your heel feels the love from a low-profile padded collar and topline. The individual toe slots give each tootsie time to find it's place in your running world. TPU toe plates offer protection from potholes, crumbling concrete, and bits of broken glass as your route winds along city streets or suburban roads. Most running shoes have laces and toe shields, but the Bikila LS is a breed unto itself. The Dri-Lex covering on the 3mm polyurethane insole helps transport moisture away from your foot for longer-wearing comfort. The insole focuses cushioning under the ball of your foot for maximum comfort. Anatomical pods provide protection from road debris and help distribute forefoot impact forces without dampening ground feedback. When the earth talks, your foot can still hear everything it has to say. EVA arch construction follows the natural lines of your instep, keeping the shoe whisper-light and providing some support for those with high arches. If you're just beginning the barefoot evolution, go slowly at first. Too much too soon and your dogs will be barkin' for days on end.

There's so much debate about this "new" barefoot running "craze", but I truly do believe that man was made to run this way. It's an anatomical, physiological fact. Read morePublished 21 days ago by HP
My brother convinced me to give these a shot. I hated running. These shoes have so dramatically changed the way I run that running feels completely different to me. Read morePublished 22 days ago by Chipras3
I Purchased for my son whom runs 5 & 10K's. Fit was everything he expected.
It was worth the price.
Awesome - I knew my size and ran with them right out of the box for the Goofy Challenge at Disney this year.Published 1 month ago by RICHARD M. KANNEY
I bought these to participate in a relay for a 26 miler. Of all of the five finger line, the bikila ls is definitely my favorite for road running and these did not disappoint.Published 1 month ago by Malia
As stated, the overall fit of the shoe is good and is pretty true to the Bikila LSs I've purchased in the past. Read morePublished 1 month ago by Armando
I live in these shoes. They're not great in the rain or snow but outside of that, I'm wearing these shoes. The most reliably comfy fingers I own.Published 1 month ago by T. S. Marsh
Got these for my husband. They are comfortable. Not as hard to get into as the ones that don't have the lace-up in front. He has not tried running in them (he is a runner). Read morePublished 1 month ago by Sonfish
